Return Policy

Returns for Damaged Items

 

We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. Therefore, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team at lariclayco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

 

Returns for Reasons Other Than Damage

 

For returns that are not due to damage or defects, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition, accompanied by a proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt). Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at lariclayco@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have received your return authorization, please securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please include your return authorization number with your return shipment.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

 

Exceptions

 

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
